They are looking for a Senior Lead which is Associate Director / Director level. This person will lead key clients as well as design and manage projects that specialise in innovation, whilst having a real interest in culture and applying that to everything you do. Often, the projects will be international and draw on multiple methods, requiring collaboration with their other offices and partners around the world.
