Description:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist with demonstrable skills and experience in delivering across a broad range of technologies including M365/Exchange/Azure/AD to join our team. What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Performing all required tasks to ensure technical availability.
- Maintaining reports and reporting tools for traffic management, service centers and enterprise partners.
- Assisting in interpreting operational results.
- Analyzing usage patterns and establishing schedules and procedures for maximum utilization of the system.
- Interacting with other organizations to develop solutions for anticipated technical needs in support of business objectives.
What we're looking for:
- Technical subject matter expert.
- Demonstrable experience in contributing to the successful delivery of technical programmes of work through hands-on deployment, troubleshooting and contribution to designs.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of multiple technologies including, but not limited to, the Microsoft technology stack.
- Demonstrates proficiency through experience and valid industry certifications.
- Ability to work under direction but also unsupervised.
- At least 6 years of experience in IT, with recent experience as an Infrastructure Specialist or Senior Engineer.
- Strong infrastructure background.
- Project delivery experience.
- Commercial awareness.
- Contributes to the identification and communication of technical risk.
- Ability to manage stress and operate to a high standard in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering quality technical artefacts including High- and Low-Level Designs.
- In-depth understanding of technology and a working knowledge of Cyber Security good practice.
- Informed about the technology market and trends.
- Ability to communicate effectively at project/programme management levels of an organisation.
- Good knowledge of governance practices including change control.
- Can-do attitude with a growth mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
