Our client who are a Managed Service Provider are looking to add to their IT helpdesk team. We're seeking a talented IT Support Engineer, who has previous hands-on experience in delivering top-notch user support across 1st and 2nd line. This role offers the opportunity for career growth, with exposure to a diverse range of networks and cutting-edge technologies.

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within a small IT team and is looking to build up their knowledge and exposure within IT.

 

Key Technical Proficiencies:

  • Expertise in hands-on Windows desktop support, including PC builds and troubleshooting operating system, driver, and software issues
  • Windows Server
  • Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive), covering tasks such as managing mailbox limits, permissions, and file/folder access
  • Ticketing systems; ServiceNow
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, adept at resolving logon issues, including those related to remote or VPN access
  • Experience with MDM; Intune, Air watch, Endpoint
  • Azure Cloud migrations
