Information Technology Support Analyst

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. This is a pivotal role within our organisation, providing comprehensive IT support and playing a crucial part in our day-to-day operations.

 

As the sole IT Support Analyst in a busy organisation, you will be the backbone of our IT operations. This role demands a proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to take on challenges and ensure everyone across the business gets the IT support they need.

 

You will be responsible for managing a wide range of IT support tasks, including first-line, second-line and third-line support. Your role will involve direct communication with all levels of the organisation, including the C-suite, requiring good communication skills and a high level of professionalism.

 

About the role:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues and enquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Manage all Microsoft 365 products used by the business.
  • Provide equipment provisioning and day-to-day management via InTune.
  • Implement and monitor IT policies and procedures, set by the Chief Information Security Officer.
  • Review and manage security notifications.
  • Manage risks and adhere to processes, to ensure a reliable and controlled IT service delivery.
  • Liaise with internal customers to ensure that business requirements are being met with the available applications.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and training for Microsoft products across the business.

 

You should apply if you have:

  • Current relevant Microsoft 365 certifications (or are working towards them).
  • Experience administering InTune, Apple Business Manager, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
  • Experience in working with both Windows and Mac devices
  • Experience in maintaining a high Secure Score and working through remediations to ensure the security of the business.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in managing incidents and alerts in the Security and Compliance Centre.
