Influencer Specialist

 

Description:

Influencer is a strategic priority and business growth opportunity for Fleishman globally. In London we have a robust influencer team and existing client portfolio of influencer work for leading global brands.

This role will focus 50% on the existing brand influencer work with 50% of the role focused on working closely with sector leads to drive broader growth in sectors such as B2B, healthcare, tech and Financial Services. Cross practice and key stakeholder alignment is central to the role, driving better integration with paid, data and content; and supporting with senior influencer expertise across the agency and new business prospects.

This role will also work closely with the Fleishman global influencer team (USA based) on global business growth and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities Include
 

  • Leading and developing impactful audience first influencer strategies across our client portfolio.
  • Working closely with our analysts, planners, and creatives to ensure that data and insights are embedded in our strategies and bringing these to life through creative and engaging content that has impact and influence.
  • A strong client handler & communicator who can hold their own and influence senior client and stakeholder conversations.
  • Take a lead role on existing client influencer campaigns in the consumer sector and drive organic growth in this high growth sector.
  • Expand influencer/advocacy work in key growth sectors such as B2B, Tech, FS and Healthcare – focusing on pillar brands with high growth potential.
  • Play a leadership role in the FH influencer integrated team, helping to define WOW, best practice, team training, London and global integration. Also ensuring our influencer offering remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace.
  • Working closely with a business partner and influencer sector leads to take commercial leadership for the influencer portfolio, e.g. tracking financials, YOY growth etc.
  • We have the benefit of having a marketing leading tech stack which all our teams have access to, integrating these tools into day-to-day client work and new business opportunities will be a key R&R.
  • Develop new business by identifying opportunities for organic growth, responding to new opportunities via external briefs and cross-practice identified opportunities, and leading proposals and pitches.
  • Leading on our external Influencer reputation through thought leadership, partnerships etc.
  • Own and build relationships with the key social and digital platforms; and be informed and forward thinking on all platform up-dates and cultural trends/shifts
