Individual Giving And Membership Manager

We are WR Fundraising Recruitment and we are delighted to be working with an amazing environmental and wildlife charity. They're on a mission to restore ecosystems and rekindle our connection with the natural world, and they’re now seeking an Individual Giving & Membership Manager.

Working across all the stages of Individual Giving campaigns, the Individual Giving & Membership Manager will have the opportunity to innovate and create new approaches across digital and print channels, driving income and delivering engaging campaigns, while building on the existing supporter base and growing the charity’s Membership Programme.

Alongside this, and with the support of the CRM Officer, the Individual Giving & Membership Manager will take the lead on crafting a data strategy that will enable the charity to implement targeted campaigns that maximise donations.

Duties Will Include
 

• Leading the charity’s existing members whilst growing and developing their membership base
• Driving income generation from digital and direct marketing channels
• Implementing a data strategy to allow for more targeted fundraising and communications
• Line management of two fundraisers
   

The Ideal Candidate Will
 

• Have experience of Individual Giving and Membership Programmes
• Be a spectacular communicator with the ability to produce engaging and compelling fundraising and membership communications
• Have the ability to lead and inspire colleagues
• Be proficient in the use of databases and CRM systems
