Inclusion Adviser

Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inclusion Adviser at BDSIP in the London area, with flexibility for remote work. The Inclusion Adviser will be responsible for providing support and guidance on inclusion practices, developing strategies for diverse learners, collaborating with schools for improvement, and delivering training on inclusive practices. The role also involves working closely with the team to ensure effective inclusion policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing inclusion and diversity support
• Knowledge of SEN support practices
• Ability to develop and implement inclusive strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in delivering training or workshops
• Understanding of education policies and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Relevant certification or training in inclusive education
