Implementation Consultant

Description:

As a Software Implementation Consultant, you will liaise with our development team to plan and coordinate the development of additional features when they arise, as well as provide support in managing customer projects where required. You will also be able to report on project progress and utilisation to the Managing Consultant on a regular basis.

Essential Skills & Experience

You will have at least three years of experience in a similar role, with implementation expertise working for a software company in a customer-facing role. You will be well-versed in the project lifecycle, including process analysis and design, configuration, training, knowledge transfer, testing, and go-live support. Proficiency with MS SQL Server and MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to an advanced standard is required.
