Impact Manager

Description:

You will be an experienced impact, monitoring or evaluation professional with experience in the charity or health sector. You will be a respected and trusted senior adviser with the ability to help guide teams and leaders in developing and implementing new processes and ways of working to improve impact reporting and data collection.

Specifically, you will have:
 

• Experience of designing and implementing impact evaluation frameworks and reporting
• Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the impact of research and scientific communication, particularly for charitable organisations
• Good understanding of long-term outcomes and impact of research
• Able to network, liaise and developing strong working relationships with scientific, clinical and research communities and with patients, families and supporters
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise a demanding workload and meet shifting demands
• Self-motivated, pro-active and solutions focused, with ability to work on own initiatives and to make decisions and provide recommendations
