Immigration Consultant

Description:

We are a recruitment firm and our client is seeking a qualified and experienced OISC Immigration Officer to join their team in Kensington, London. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of immigration laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various immigration matters.

• Prepare and submit immigration applications and appeals to relevant authorities.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ eligibility for different visa categories.

• Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and policies.

• Maintain accurate records of client cases and communications.

• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with OISC regulations and standards.

• Assist in the development and implementation of immigration strategies for clients.

• Represent clients in hearings and interviews when necessary.

Qualifications:

• OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner) accredited.

• Degree in Law, Immigration Law, or a related field.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy or a related role.

• Strong understanding of UK immigration laws and procedures.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant tools.
