Brand new, first dedicated IAM Lead role for a global business who are currently building out their Cyber Security function from the ground up. As the IAM Lead you will own the Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privilege Access management Strategy for the business. The company are going on a huge technology transformation, with Cyber very much as the forefront. You will manage the products, configure, enhance, optimise and look towards future tools and technologies to ensure the business is constantly improving in the IAM & PAM area.

The IAM Lead will be responsible for:

• Management of IAM/PAM tools
• Oversee the delivery, continuous development, and enhancement of the IAM platforms.
• Manage Identity Risks, propose mitigations and develop solutions.
• Work with security leadership to identify critical identity and access management weaknesses and assess the effectiveness of existing controls.
• Overall strategy for identity Access Management

The successful IAM Lead will have:

• Experience of managing an Identify and Access Management capability, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) in an enterprise environment and experience.
• Extensive hands on experience using and managing IAM tools including Active Directory, Okta, CyberArk.
• Experience of developing and implementing strategies and roadmaps for IAM.
