Human Resources Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate HR professional who is looking for a new challenge. They are a company that values your skills and contributions.

As the standalone HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, ER, performance management, training and development as well as administration.

You will report to the Finance Director and work closely with the senior management team.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR management role in the UK, a strong understanding of UK employment law and regulations, high level of organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities, a commitment to delivering high-quality HR services that support our vision and values and a solid working history in a HR setting.
