Human Resources Business Partner

I'm delighted to be supporting a well known and highly regarded National Law firm in recruiting for an HR Business Partner.

In this role you will support your Senior HR Business Partner colleagues in allocated work largely focused on supporting team managers in the business with HR policy and Employee relations work.

When speaking to the hiring manager, the key areas that have been identified as being important in a candidate are:

• Someone who is bright and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Someone who can read situations and provide expert HR Advice
• An ability to consider what someone is asking and how that aligns to the firm's HR and business strategy
• Influencing skills with an ability to challenge constructively
• A team player and someone who is willing and able to support three Senior HR Business Partners in providing excellent HR advice across the whole firm
• Confidence to, when needed, have meetings with senior colleagues up to partnership level
