What will I do in the role?

 

  • Provide a professional HR Business Partnering service to the dedicated client group. Communicating effectively the people agenda to enable managers to deliver what’s required of them. Providing them with the necessary tools and capability for success.
  • Use key people analytics to inform decisions and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Build management capability through coaching.
  • Work closely with Managers, Learning & Development partner, Recruitment partner with regards to workforce planning and the development of resource plans.
  • Create solutions to people issues that enable stakeholders to better meet their commercial objectives.
  • Effectively design and implement technology to improve efficiency within the function, working with IT to deliver.

 

What do I need?

 

  • Experienced HR Business Partner, a strong generalist HR background
  • Track record of contributing to the management of change successfully and experience of leading on restructuring programmes.
  • Proven background in adding value and improving operational efficiencies through managing cost and people development.
  • High quality communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Have a strong business acumen and be commercially focused.
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • A track record for building strong professional relationships and credibility.
  • Proven ability in performance management and coaching.
  • CIPD qualification essential
