Human Resources Business Partner

Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable dealing with basic tasks as well as complex contractual and process mandates. This candidate should be excited by the possibility of working in a fast paced environment with a ranging responsibility.

Responsibilities

• General administrative duties including; contract creation, candidate onboarding, and data based maintenance.
• Research and report on new geographies and regions for potential company expansion.
• Coordination for all recruitment activities with partnering supplier.
• Be the key point of contact for all members of management below C-Suite.
• Ability to advise on basic contractual & employment legal matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 years of experience in HR or related field
• Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
