Manage all HR employee relations, investigations, grievances & disciplinaries
Provide up to date advice to employees on Employment Law and HR policies and policies
Handle the full cycle recruitment process
Manage and update in house systems with sickness absence, holiday, contracts, offer terms of employment, employee changes and probations – are just a few of the daily tasks
Support the on boarding and off boarding.
Maintain effective working relationships with staff, Managers and external partners
Requirements
CIPD Level 5 highly desirable or Level 3
Experienced in a HR work environment with excellent knowledge on Employment Law, disciplinaries
Confidentiality of company information to be adhered to at all times.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
