Your impact: As an HR Shared Services Specialist, your primary objective is to uphold optimization and efficiency within our HR operations. You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by managing moderate to complex employee transactions.

 

What the role offers:

  • Coordinate operational transactions, support core HR functions, and maintain employee experiences;
  • Optimize processes, make recommendations, and maintain high-quality standards;
  • Implement solutions for HR transactions and processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, support departmental growth, and maintain relationships;
  • Manage processes, administer quality checks, and ensure compliance;
  • Foster continuous learning, assist team members and contribute to the knowledge base.

 

What you need to succeed:

  • Proactive problem-solving, exceptional customer service, and adaptability;
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities;
  • Familiarity with HR processes, and SAP/SuccessFactors/Shared Services knowledge;
  • Good English skills required & proficiency in Italian;
  • Experience with EMEA region HR processes is preferred.
