Description:
Our HR Operations Manager will lead HR processes and technology and drive employee excellence within our hotel group. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping employee relations, performance management, D&I initiatives, and more. The role reports directly to the Head of People Services and is part of a team based from our Commercial Hub in Rugby - Northampton (NN6 7XR).
Key responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, direction and management to the HR Advisory team
- Lead change management projects
- Review and update HR policies
- Provide operational guidance to management teams
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Support the wider People Team in building a strong Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand
