Description:

Gleeson Recruitment Group is looking for a HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Wolverhampton. In this newly created role, you will support the HR team across a broad range of people matters, ensuring the efficient operation of HR processes throughout the employee life cycle. You will contribute significantly to enhancing the HR team's effectiveness by providing advice, support, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders across multiple countries.

You will be reporting to the HR Business Partner, supporting departments in employee relations, rewards, learning and development, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job specification creation, interview schedules, and candidate screening.
  • Coach line managers on low-level employee relations cases and coordinate employee probationary periods.
  • Support the HR team in designing and implementing training interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring training compliance.
  • Provide HR metrics and insights to the wider business.

About You:

  • Experience in an HR coordinator role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR software such as Workday.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively.
