Description:
I am seeking a skilled D365 F&O HR Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (F&O) to join a dynamic team on a contract basis. As a consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to their clients in optimising their human resources processes using Dynamics 365 F&O.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements.
- Configure and customise Dynamics 365 F&O to meet the specific HR needs of clients.
- Provide expert advice on best practices for HR process optimisation within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of the system.
- Perform data migration and integration tasks related to HR modules within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HR functionality in Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 F&O, and provide recommendations for enhancements to clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a consultant implementing Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, with a focus on HR modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, preferably within a variety of industries.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 F&O to meet specific business requirements.
- Experience with data migration and integration tasks, particularly related to HR modules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 F&O is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
