Description:
- Work closely with and provide expert guidance to line managers and business leaders
- Analyse trends and metrics
- Manage and resolve complex ER issues
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Act as a leader within your client group, leading on HR initiatives
- Coaching and influencing senior leaders
- Provide support and guidance to more junior members of the HR team
- HR project work
Skills And Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience working as a HR Business Partner with a generalist background including complex ER
- Strong knowledge of HR and employment legislation
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Experience working with senior leaders, to guide, influence and resolve complex issues
- CIPD level 7
