Description:
As part of this role, you will be involved in a variety of activities, where no two days are the same and you can guarantee to be challenged, questioned, involved in implanting change and witnessing growth within the business.
As a HR Business Partner, you will support the leaders in our business and managers within our branches across our major contracts with a wide range of people; tasks to include but not limit to; organisational design and restructures, people planning, TUPE in and out, HR Branch Audits and much more.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who holds a CIPD 5 qualified or above, but timed experience and knowledge will also be considered. An understanding of TUPE and trade union partnerships is a must and experience in Social Housing, MOD, MOJ & GOV would be advantageous but not essential.
The best person for this role would be someone who is personable, that can understand our business and managers and build long and fruitful relationships with everyone from administrators to senior directors.
The successful HR Business Partner will be outgoing and resilient, someone who will not shy away from a challenge and build effect relationships.
