We are seeking a Part-Time HR Advisor to join a growing long standing business and play a pivotal role in overhauling their HR policies. If you want to work with a friendly management team where you can bring fresh and innovative ideas whilst ensuring compliance with employment legislation, this is a great opportunity for you. The successful candidate will be a dedicated and experienced HR professional who can provide strategic guidance, policy development, and hands-on support to enhance the HR function.

Policy and Procedure Overhaul

Employee Relations
Performance Management
Assist and Coordinate Recruitment and Onboarding
Involvement in Training and Development
Experience you need
HR Certification CIPD Level 5, or bachelor’s degree in human resources.
Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation.
Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented solutions.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
