Our Housing Association client is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead on the delivery of a number of affordable housing projects
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the development of affordable housing projects which are on-site and currently being delivered
You will focus on a mixture of land led and s106 schemes on behalf of the organisation
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including local authorities and construction teams
Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes
