Description:
Reporting to the Head of Services, you will assist in delivering Housing and Debt advice services to clients referred by Stafford Borough and Cannock Chase Council Housing Options teams. You will be responsible for providing high-quality advice both face-to-face and via telephone appointments at various office and outreach locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face and telephone advice for housing and debt issues.
- Deliver prearranged and emergency appointments within the council offices and outreach locations.
- Work within the aims, principles, and policies of the Citizens Advice service.
- Commit to improving the lives of local communities by offering expert advice and assistance.
- Be a dynamic and enthusiastic team player, as well as capable of working independently.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in housing and debt advice work is essential.
- Ability to commit to the goals and principles of the Citizens Advice service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work across various settings.
- Prior experience in an advice setting is preferable.
- Knowledge and experience in project work within a target-driven environment is a plus.
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel.
- Strong technical skills.
