Home Customer Service Advisor
Location: NEXT Contact Centre, Radar Road, Leicester, LE3 1UF
Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 8.30am to 6pm *
Rate of pay: £11.99 plus as additional £1 when working at the weekend + quarterly performance bonus
This increases to £12.70 per hour once you have met a certain skill set within the role.

An exciting opportunity to join the NEXT Online family, working as a Customer Service Advisor at our Leicester contact centre.
What you’ll be doing:
Our NEXT Home Department deals specifically with orders of homeware stylish furniture collections, home accessories, lighting and much more!
As an integral member of our NEXT Home department, you'll play a crucial role in interacting with customers via phone, email, and web chat. Here, you'll have the autonomy and empowerment to make a real difference. This customer service role differs as there are no sales targets; your performance will solely be assessed based on the exceptional service you provide, allowing you to dedicate yourself entirely to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
