Description:
We would like to appointment a Higher Level Teaching Assistant who will provide support to class teachers and also be able to plan and assist pupils with their learning. The successful candidate will demonstrate an understanding of the Upper Key Stage 2 Curriculum and strengths in Mathematics & ICT. They will be required to plan and teach a Maths Group and provide cover for teaching staff.
The successful candidate will have gained HLTA status (or working towards), and will be able to evidence effective skills of classroom management for pupils in KS2 and have a strong grasp of the curriculum and its subsequent demands.
