Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.

We are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator to join our building services team working on our Kent County Council Contract based full-time in our West Malling office.

Working as a Helpdesk Administrator you will contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the onsite Help Desk. Oversee Helpdesk calls/Emails and monitor team productivity.

You will:
 

  • Take Helpdesk calls via the Cisco phones system
  • Provide day to day management of the CAFM system to ensure we meet our contractual obligations.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding job sheets and produce backlog reports to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times.
  • Proactively liaise with Technical Staff, Supervisors, Managers and Building Users (as appropriate) to ensure accurate, relevant and timely communication is maintained at all times.
  • Provide accurate data to generate detailed monthly reports from the CAFM system for incorporation into the Skanska client Monthly report.
  • Assist in the collating of and production of the monthly reports as required by General Manager.
  • Provide administrative support to Supervisory and Management staff across the contract, including but not limited to the following functions H&S, Maintenance, Projects, Finance, Quality and Compliance.
  • Raise remedial jobs
  • Create folders and file them away
  • Run reports for outstanding reactive and remedials tasks.
  • Access arrangements to buildings
