Help Desk Supervisor

 

Description:

To provide Supervision to the FMC Helpdesk function undertaking responsibility for the effective running of the team and service provided University wide, providing the highest attainable standards in customer service, whilst supporting and contributing towards the overall FMC service aims as applicable to the role, and in particular reference to the SLA guidance in operation :

  • Supporting and guiding / liaising with / advising Help Desk Operatives as required towards the highest attainable standards for the provision of works required by the team.
  • Undertaking responsibility for being the first point of contact for FMC estates and Faculty colleagues for key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting both E&F and other University colleagues through provision of information for Helpdesk in line with university processes and protocols
