Health And Safety Manager

 

Description:

Ensure effective implementation of company-wide Health & Safety Standards in a large-scale manufacturing business.

Joining a strong team of 4, you will drive excellence across H&S spanning 4 sites, all located beside one another.

You will have strong H&S knowledge of regulations, proven experience implementing best practices in all areas of the business and ensure the business remains fully compliant at all times by supporting all department heads.

This is a hands-on role, dealing with all levels of staff from the floor to director level.

 

Requirements

Min 3+ years of Health & Safety experience in a busy manufacturing facility.

Strong H&S regulations knowledge, including experience implementing best practices in manufacturing.

Excellent people skills, with the ability to support teams and drive change.

Strong IT skills, excellent organisational, communication, planning and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in report writing &root cause analysis.

Relevant Degree OR Certifications / Qualifications in Health & Safety Management.
