Options Trent Acres is seeking an outstanding Headteacher to lead its well-established specialist school in Kings Bromley, Staffordshire. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate leader to enhance the lives of pupils with complex needs, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Continuum and additional challenges.

As Headteacher, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, creative learning experiences, driving strategic planning, and leading the school towards continuous improvement. You will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team and the Regional Director to maintain a high standard of education and therapeutic provision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dynamic leadership to sustain school improvement and drive strategic development.

• Ensure the full development of the school's vision, ethos, and continuous growth.

• Motivate and inspire pupils, staff, and the broader school community.

• Oversee the school’s academic and vocational programs across its two sites.

• Maintain communication with other schools to ensure high standards across educational provisions.

• Manage school budgets efficiently, ensuring financial compliance.

Options Trent Acres is an independent specialist school catering to 141 pupils aged 5-19, with a focus on academic and vocational education. The school operates on two sites, including a 12-acre rural setting and a newly built college facility. Facilities include:
