Aylesford School & Sixth Form College, Warwickshire’s first all-through school, is seeking an ambitious and visionary Headteacher to lead our Single Academy Trust, which provides education from ages 4 to 18 on a single site.

We are committed to nurturing student potential and ensuring every child receives high-quality, inclusive education regardless of their starting point.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide strong leadership and strategic direction to drive academic excellence and pastoral care.
✔ Lead and develop an inclusive, high-performing learning environment across all age groups (Primary, Secondary & Sixth Form).
✔ Ensure continuous school improvement by raising academic standards and enhancing student outcomes.
✔ Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, ensuring staff development and student success.
✔ Engage with parents, the wider community, and governing bodies to strengthen school partnerships.
✔ Effectively manage school resources, budgets, and operational priorities.
