In this role you will:
- Work as part of a multi-function team developing an integrated workplace strategy, guiding principles, and best practice solutions.
- Oversee and closely monitor of all significant and flagship building projects across the UK and Europe.
- Proactively manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring, business requirements are fully understood.
- Work with the Bank’s executive leadership across the business to lead, influence and drive the strategic proposition, delivering positive change, productivity, and engagement.
- Understand and properly shape and influence the best workspace outcomes for the relocation. This role requires working in an agile and iterative way, driving innovation and continuous improvement, and co-creating solutions across the whole workspace landscape
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
- Exceptional expertise in construction management.
- Strong expertise and knowledge in workplace strategy, real estate operations, facilities management, colleague experience and transformation
- Proven experience in financial budgeting, strategic planning, communication, and people management processes. Experience of managing significant capital budgets.
- Significant analytical and project management skills and a capacity to present analytical information in understandable reports and business plans is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management, relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
