Description:
As the Head of Sustainability at Robinsons you will lead our efforts to integrate sustainability into every aspect of our operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimise our environmental footprint, enhance our social impact, and drive long-term sustainability initiatives to allow us to achieve our Net Zero aims in line with the Hospitality Sector Roadmap.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability leadership roles, preferably within the food and beverage, property, or retail industries
- Deep understanding of environmental issues, sustainable business practices, and corporate social responsibility.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives.
- Ability to think strategically, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions whilst remaining sensitive to commerciality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy aligned with the brewery's goals and values while remaining aligned with the sector roadmap.
- Identify opportunities to reduce energy consumption, water usage, and waste generation throughout the brewery's operations.
- Lead efforts to source sustainable ingredients and materials, including establishing partnerships with local suppliers and farmers.
- Oversee carbon footprint assessments and develop plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product and property design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress towards sustainability goals and report findings to senior management.
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and regulations related to sustainability in the brewing industry.
- Represent the brewery in industry forums, conferences, and sustainability networks to share knowledge and contribute to collective efforts to address environmental challenges.
