To support this ambition, we wish to appoint a motivated and experienced individual as our new Head of Student Advice & Support. The post holder will lead, manage and direct the delivery of an outstanding student experience in all aspects of delivery and customer services in Advice & Support Services.
Playing a key leadership role within the Directorate of Student Experience, you will act as a key senior point of contact and source of expert advice for issues relating to Student Conduct & Incident Reporting, Student Finance and Funding, Learner Development and Student Helpdesk. Educated to degree level or equivalent, you will have significant experience in progressive leadership roles across higher education, experience of managing multiple teams, establishing and developing new services, and supporting teams through change.
