Head Of Strategy Planning & Continuous Improvement

Description:

Accountable for the site's operational capacity strategy, the identification and defining of operational improvements in the short, medium and long term and the strategic planning for overall resource including people and infrastructure requirements.

Working closely with all areas of the business including operational, commercial, HR and finance functions to implement change and operational improvements and you will be expected to engage at senior stakeholder level.

Responsible for leading the businesses operational capacity planning strategy and analysing the future forecasts and historical data to ensure the facilities can support the capacity.

Lead and oversee the capacity planning team in engaging across the business to ensure it is understood where the current and future operational bottlenecks will be and you will play a crucial role in shaping and defining people, process and technology solutions that remove the constraints over the short, medium and long term.

Lead the the company's resource rostering function by working closely with SMEs, operational stakeholders and HR Business Partners to ensure successful implementation and communication of the operational rosters.
