What you will do

• Work within a multi-disciplined team of talented engineers.
• Lead and grow a software engineering function.
• Be a part of the leadership team and report directly to the CTO.
• Communicate technology strategy to all levels of the team.
• Continually strive to improve processes and ensure best practice.
• Actively participate in the hiring strategy.

What you will need

• Experience of leading geo-dispersed tech teams.
• Background in working in payments.
• Commercial mindset and extensive project management experience.
• Strong technical and engineering background.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Ideally experience working in small – med organisations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Happy to travel occasionally to offices. < 10%
