Your Responsibilities
As the Head of Sales and Partnership Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving LuxAI's market penetration and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve rapid market expansion in the UK.
- Directly engage in sales activities: prospecting, conducting demos, and closing deals.
- Secure strategic partnerships with major education and therapy providers.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and develop effective sales tactics.
- Represent LuxAI at industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and generate high-quality leads.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the CEO.
- Develop and manage the sales team as the company grows.
- Shape the sales strategy in collaboration with the CEO and other C-level executives.
- Travel extensively throughout the UK to attend exhibitions and to meet clients, and to LuxAI headquarters in Luxembourg quarterly as needed.
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the UK.
- Extensive network within the UK education or therapy sectors, particularly in selling technology solutions to schools or therapy institutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully launching new products or entering new markets.
- Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and team management skills.
- Experience in the EdTech or healthTech, particularly in assistive technology, is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales enablement tools.
- A proactive, 'hunter' mentality with a focus on driving new business.
- Preferably located in the London area or NorthEast.
