In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, with a strong focus on our female & LGBTQ+ customer base.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with our predominantly female customer base, understanding their needs and preferences.

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand our reach and grow our customer base.

Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and keep our brands at the forefront of the skincare market.

Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.

Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track sales progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive work environment, fostering an atmosphere of equality and empowerment for all team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership in a consumer-oriented industry.
  • Strong understanding of the skincare and beauty market, with a focus on female consumers.
