We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our sales team and drive the growth of our female-centric skincare brands. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying new business opportunities to expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, with a strong focus on our female & LGBTQ+ customer base.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with our predominantly female customer base, understanding their needs and preferences.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand our reach and grow our customer base.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions and keep our brands at the forefront of the skincare market.
Budget Management: Manage the sales budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.
Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track sales progress and provide insights for continuous improvement.
