Description:

You will play an instrumental role in the next phase of the platform’s evolution, shaping the vision, strategy, and implementation of the product roadmap. Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams, you will optimise user experience and consistently create value for the community.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to define the long term product vision
• Direct discovery, development, and rollout of platform features
• Cultivate and disseminate an in-depth knowledge of markets, competition, and user requirements
• Partner closely with stakeholders to shape and execute the product roadmap, consistently prioritizing data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• 8+ years’ experience in product development, with track record of successfully leading a the product function within a Web3 organisation
• Excellent communication, presenting, and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in computer science/Engineering, Finance or Economic, or relevant technical background
