Description:

As Head of People – you will be driving relationships and key initiatives across the business as well as keeping a keen eye out for areas of development and improvement across the team/business.

 

The Head of People will:

  • Be expected to actively coach and develop the team in their professional toolkit, best practices and business acumen to achieve their full potential and nurture constant professional growth.
  • Lead on complex employee relations cases.
  • Advise on organisational design based on growth and intentions.
  • Create and deliver Learning and Development initiatives to enhance skills across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to design, develop, and drive talent management strategies.
  • Support and coach senior leadership team - supporting, coaching and guiding them on all People (ER) related matters, advising and proactively anticipating their needs.

 

The Head of People skills and experience:

  • Experience leading and coaching high-performing People teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-growth start-up leading in the partnerships and experience spaces.
  • Expert stakeholder engagement.
  • Complex ER cases experience (UK and International).
  • Genuinely care about working with employees, offering empathy, building trust quickly throughout your area of responsibility.
