You would be joining a growing company and team, boasting well-established roots across the B2B, fleet & leasing space. With a customer base at all commercial levels, from SME to large corporate, you will be guiding your team to the top.

 

The role will include:

  • Coaching, developing and leading the team across the UK.
  • Managing and maximising the revenue achieved through the team.
  • Providing strategic insight into best practices ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything they do.
  • As part of the operating SLT you will play a key role in company growth and customer value proposition
  • Building on an already fantastic culture where everyone enjoys what they do.
  • Most importantly having fun and getting stuck in with the team!

 

About You:

Automotive experience would be ideal here, someone rooted from a strong B2B fleet, leasing, rental or insurance background would thrive well in this role.

Most importantly you will be a proven people manager with the ability to develop and grow your team. A Mentor at heart.

  • Have strong people leadership skills and be able to communicate with a team in a variety of different roles.
  • Be passionate about managing a team and driving performance across the UK.
