Description:
As the head of marketing for the you will be responsible for the overall strategy of the marketing function both product marketing as well as traditional digital marketing using channels such as LinkedIn, twitter etc. This is a player manager role with a focus on both the strategic direction of the marketing function whilst building a team and also being hands on with delivering content for the GTM message, whether that is sales collateral or working alongside the product team to produce product presentations / material to support product launches, through to working with the CEO for a corporate re-brand / position including website, newsletter etc
The Candidate
You will be a highly ambitious driven digital marketing professional who is capable and prepared to drive the marketing function through both leading your team as well as getting things done yourself, as you will need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You will ideally have worked within the FinTech space and have a knowledge of the financial services / retail banking eco system. They will however also consider people who have worked in other areas of tech as long as you have worked in an early stage / growth business and can demonstrate a track record of driving the performance and growth of the marketing and communications function
