This is a critical leadership role in the delivery of the University’s marketing strategy. As a strong, experienced leader, you’ll develop an in-depth understanding of market opportunities and influencing factors. You’ll lead on key areas including opportunity identification, product development, positioning, portfolio management, pricing and the identification of recruitment priorities.
You’ll support faculties and schools to maximise the effectiveness of their response to the changing needs and demands of the undergraduate, postgraduate and adult learners’ markets. You’ll be instrumental in aligning this directly to the core elements of the University’s Student Education Strategy.
You’ll have a strong ability to drive forward change and you’ll be able to adapt and flex to different fields depending on the changing needs of both the market and the demands of the University’s strategy.
You will also lead strategic in-cycle recruitment for your area, helping the University to meet its student recruitment targets for both on-campus and fully online education.
