Description:
As the Head of IT Systems & Data, you'll spearhead a fast-growing international Group's IT strategy, aligning it seamlessly with its organisational goals. You'll drive solutions' design, planning, and implementation, tackling present weaknesses due to growth head-on and proactively charting the course for future success as they expand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute a forward-looking IT strategy attuned to the company's ambitions.
- Lead and deliver on multiple IT projects spanning E-Commerce, transaction processing, accounting, MI & BI, warehousing, and new global location setups.
- Develop the existing ERP system into a fully utilised global solution, optimising everything from transactional processing to manufacturing.
- Collaborate closely with Finance to introduce ERP financial reports and lead on global operational modules.
- Implement a solution for collating, storing, and reporting on business data: data warehouses, BI insights and CRM.
- Drive technological innovation to deliver commercial and operational opportunities, efficiencies and organisational value.
- Manage all group infrastructure, security, compliance and vendor relationships.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related qualification.
- Experience in E-Commerce, consumer products, wholesale/retail, or manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Project Management principles.
- Proven expertise in ERP systems, particularly within product-based businesses.
- Familiarity with MRP, WMS & BI systems
- Knowledge of data warehousing and E-Commerce platforms.
