Description:
We are looking for a Head of Growth (B2B Partnerships) to join and lead the launch of GPL’s B2B sales channel. This is a newly created role has been built to unlock new routes to market for the brand.
With a near blank canvas, this is a hugely exciting role for someone to come in & build out a totally new channel for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategy and launch the new B2B partnerships channel at GPL
- Partner with customers (Gyms / Hotels / Retail / Pro Sports Teams / Spas / Wellness Centres etc)
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the GPL value proposition through proposals and presentations with potential customers
- Work closely with the Founder to build a B2B commercial plan
- Build B2B contracts and agreements
- Visiting & hosting at trade events worldwide
Requirements
- Have experience working with Gym Equipment or Sporting Goods
- Have developed a B2B partnerships channel for a tangible goods brand
- Possess a network of contacts in the hotel / gym landscape
- Are a strong account manager, able to build long term relationships with potential customers
- Are both a hunter and closer, with strong business development skills, able to drive profitable growth in B2B sales
- Proven track record of delivering income growth in a sales environment
- Outstanding leadership and organisation skills
- Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
