Head Of Finance

Responsibilities

• Management accounts: Lead, manage and coordinate the preparation of the consolidated group monthly accounts.
• Data analytics/reporting
• Cashflow management
• Budgeting: Preparation of the annual budget and any subsequent re-forecasts (including regular short/medium term cashflow projections).
• Audit, statutory accounts and tax: Lead the relationship with the external auditors and tax advisers, and co-ordinate the annual audit/tax compliance processes with the Financial Controller. Lead any future group restructuring to remove dormant/non-trading entities from the group.
• Due diligence: Undertake and lead any financial due diligence workstreams for any future transactions including timely coordination of deliverables/requests and data gathering.
• Investment analysis: Support the preparation board-level papers to seek approval for investments in the business
