- Professional member of IWFM or another recognised property professional organisation
- Proven line management experience
- Strong stakeholder management skill with the ability to build and maintain relationships both externally and internally.
- Recognised health & safety and environmental qualification such as Nebosh general certificate or similar.
- Significant experience in facilities management work in a variety of positions with recent managerial and supervisory experience
- Thorough understanding of statutory compliance and planned maintenance management
- Knowledge of PPE and COSHH requirements relevant to the job
- Experience of managing a CAFM system and getting management information reports,
- Extensive current knowledge of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency Procedures, Fire and Security procedures and Legislation.
- Experience managing contractor health and safety compliance and permit to work systems.
- Knowledge of and experience managing Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos management plans, water risk assessments.
