  • Professional member of IWFM or another recognised property professional organisation
  • Proven line management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skill with the ability to build and maintain relationships both externally and internally.
  • Recognised health & safety and environmental qualification such as Nebosh general certificate or similar.
  • Significant experience in facilities management work in a variety of positions with recent managerial and supervisory experience
  • Thorough understanding of statutory compliance and planned maintenance management
  • Knowledge of PPE and COSHH requirements relevant to the job
  • Experience of managing a CAFM system and getting management information reports,
  • Extensive current knowledge of Health and Safety, CDM regulations, Emergency Procedures, Fire and Security procedures and Legislation.
  • Experience managing contractor health and safety compliance and permit to work systems.
  • Knowledge of and experience managing Fire Risk Assessments, Asbestos management plans, water risk assessments.
