Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a forward-thinking creative strategy and brand direction.

- Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring high-quality, user-centric outputs aligned with business goals.
- Integrate key commercial metrics (e.g., Revenue, AOV, CPA) into design decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to align creative efforts with business objectives.
- Lead art direction for photoshoots and content creation to deliver compelling visual assets.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all outputs.
- Drive innovation by staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
Your Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in a senior creative role, ideally within e-commerce.
- Strong expertise in digital design and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Shopify platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a design team.
- Commercially aware, with a track record of integrating metrics like ROAS and CPA into creative strategies.
- Skilled in UX/UI design principles and creating engaging user experiences.
- Exceptional project management and communication skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing leadership, creativity, and innovation in design.
