Description:
As the business continues to scale up and enter the next phase of their growth plans, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to lead the Partnerships Operations team responsible for managing day-to-day partner operations and optimizing processes across various areas..These include partner promotions, code management, billing, media campaigns, network CPA audits, support tooling, and competitor analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational B2B partner management, demonstrated leadership experience, and a proven track record in change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for executing partner promotional activities, managing codes, handling billing and credit notes, overseeing media campaigns, conducting network CPA change audits, optimizing support tooling, and performing competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on partner briefs and execute campaigns effectively, meeting partner satisfaction and revenue growth targets.
- Analyse current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and operational excellence across all partnership management functions.
- Implement change strategies and best practices to streamline processes, improve accuracy, and reduce turnaround times for partner-related tasks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs, and driving initiatives to support their success on our platform.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee budget allocation for partner operations and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented to maximize ROI.
- Provide regular performance reports, metrics analysis, and actionable insights to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operational B2B partner management, preferably in the online marketing or affiliate marketing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated track record in change management, process optimization, and driving operational efficiencies.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, and financial analysis related to partner operations.
- Sound knowledge and experience of using Salesforce
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools is a plus.
